**The system is reset at the beginning of each school year. Please register "new" each year in September.**
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING STARTED:
Register as a parent
Click on "Click Here to Register" and enter Access Code: NEHL
After this first time you can log back in using whatever userID and password you choose.
The email address you provide will be used to send you confirmation of your orders, and a reminder each Sunday of what you ordered for your child(ren) for the following week.
Click on "Register Now" button at the bottom
Enter all your children into the system
Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends our school
The system will automatically fill in their last name, but please edit this if their last name is not the same as your own.
Place all your orders for each child
Click on "Orders" and proceed to place orders for each of your children.
When ordering lunches, select all the items you want to order and then scroll down to check out. You may also order fundraiser items and hot lunch items together, allowing you to make one purchase instead of multiple purchases.
Pay
After placing all your orders, choose "Pay Now With PayPal" (to complete your payment online using PayPal or to pay by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or American Express as a one-time transaction)
You can also submit a cheque (payable to Nootka PAC) or cash to the box in the school office. Please print a remittance slip and include with payment so I know who it's for.
NEVER LOGGED IN BEFORE? See "Instructions for Getting Started" above.
FORGOT YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD? Click the "Forgot Password" Menu tab in the upper right above the Login box.
NOT KEEN ON PAYPAL? You may use an existing PayPal account, or use PayPal as a guest as a one-time transaction and pay by Visa, E-tsf, Mastercard, or Amex. There is a small transaction fee for the convenience of online payment. If you prefer, you can submit a cheque payable to Nootka PAC with your paper order in the school office.
MISSED A DEADLINE? For late orders contact us at nootkapac.hotlunch@gmail.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER? While we have limited ability to change orders, contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
CHILD ABSENT? If your child is away, their food will be kept in the PAC fridge in the back of the staff room. You may pick it up at school to take home or let us know if we can give it to another student. Due to issues in the past, I will no longer cancel orders at the last minute.
REFUNDS? We require 10 day's notice to cancel your order if your child will be away. We will credit your account (you can use this credit for future orders),no cash will be refunded. Due to issues in the past, I will no longer cancel orders at the last minute.
